Dr. Keith with Triathalon AthletesDr. Keith believes strongly in being active in his community which he has combined with his passion for the sport of triathlon. He has been the race director for the Loggerhead Triathlon in Jupiter Florida since 1994 as well as the founder and race director for the Tropical Triathlon in Lake Worth Florida since 1997.

A staple at these triathlons is Dr. Keith's wife Colleen.  She works at every stage of the races from beginning to end.  Triathlons are something an entire family can train for together.  Dr. Keith and Colleen have encouraged their sons, Zachary and Ethan, to compete in youth triathlons since the age of four.  This is a great sport for kids of all ages and athletic abilities to participate in.  Each year, Dr. Keith volunteers for three youth triathlons in Palm Beach County helping with all aspects of the race.  But most importantly, he is waiting to see his sons cross the finish line and to cheer them on.

What separates Dr. Keith from the rest in the industry is his ability to evaluate a condition and create a customized treatment plan for each patient utilizing multiple chiropractic adjusting techniques to the spine and extremities along with specialized soft tissue techniques for optimum recovery and performance.
